Every day of the week we are in the office from roughly 9am to 5pm, happy to take your call. We do like to go for a surf during our lunch break and on Sunday afternoon we try to take it easy from about 3pm. Our phones are very busy, so if you don't get through please leave a clear message with your name and phone number.

Only in case of an emergency! Please note that the business line goes directly to the private residence of the managers. You can reach us by phone between 9am and 5pm every day. If you know you will be a late arrival, please let us know before 5pm. Outside these hours please fill out a contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you!

For peak time bookings (School holidays, long weekends, Christmas and New Years) we advise booking and paying your deposit as early as possible. Many sites are booked years in advance during peak times. To make a booking or confirm your pending booking simply give us a call on 02 6566 0144 during our office hours of 9am to 5pm.

Please have a look at the rate tables on this page for the latest rates and peak/off peak periods. Children under 5 are free with us and children 5 - 16 year old are $8 per night off peak and $12 at peak times. Adults are $15 off peak and $22 per night during peak times.

Generally you can arrive between 9am and 5pm. If we are busy your site may not be free until after check-out (midday), it is always wise to call ahead and check on this.

If you wish to arrive outside of our office hours please inform us upon making a booking or give us a call on the day! We have different procedures for late arrivals, so make sure you contact us to find out what you should do.

Let us know as soon as possible if you wish to arrive outside of office hours (9am to 5pm).

We will need to confirm your booking details and complete payment in order to be able to offer you the option to arrival late.

Once we have completed your booking we will leave you a late arrival welcome letter outside the office. When you arrive at the campground please stop at reception to pick up your letter. It has your booking details, all important campground information and your site highlighted on the back. Please find the allocated space and make yourself comfortable for the night.

If someone is on 'night watch' that evening they will help you find the allocated space and possibly complete your check-in and COVID declarations. If no one is there, you have to come see us at reception first thing the next morning. All parties of the group have to check and sign in individually in order to comply with private property and covid regulations.

After you have put in a (pending) booking with one of our reception staff we will need a deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount depends on the duration of your stay and is required per family (also when part of a group booking). The deposit amount gets deducted of your camp fees.

Deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you book for your exact dates and numbers. To pay your deposit simply give us a call on 02 6566 0144 during office hours of 9am - 5pm or transfer the right amount with your four digit booking number in the comments.

When you pay a deposit you are agreeing with our booking & refund policy.

Sorry but we cannot offer refunds to guests choosing to leave early.

Sorry no. As much as we love dogs here we are not able to accommodate any pets. The National Parks campground (Delicates) across the road from us is dog friendly.

We ask that you turn down any loud music and be mindful of your neighbours at all times.

Our noise curfew is 10pm.

The general rule is that the guests on the site next to you should not be able to hear you. If you wish to party on, just take it to the beach! (but be quiet until you get there)

Yes, we have powered sites you can book and there are power outlets in the laundry and bathrooms for hair dryers/ mobile phone charging etc.

NO! We DO NOT have facilities for dumping caravan toilet waste. Our bathrooms are on septic tanks, so it is devastating to put any chemical waste down our systems. The nearest public dump point to us is in Kempsey, so please make sure to see a dump point before your arrival.

Anyone found to dump their waste water on site or in our septic system will be asked to leave immediately.

At reception you can buy bottled water or refill small, portable containers with filtered drinking water (up to 50L). At the bathrooms we also have unfiltered rainwater taps where you can refill your containers for free. You should always boil or filter the rain and bore water before using it.

Please note that we do not provide water hookups on the sites and we can not refill any caravan, trailer or RV tanks from our rain or filtered water.

No, we do not have water hook-ups on our sites as we are on tank water. There is free rain water available or you can buy bottled or filtered water at reception. Please note that you can not hook up a hose to our rain or filtered water tanks to refill your caravan, camper trailer or RV tank. Make sure you top up before coming down the road. Filtered water refills are only for portable containers of up to 50L.

Yes, we pride ourselves in being a bush campground and this means lots of shade and privacy. The shady sites are spread between the powered and unpowered sections so there is good availability for both.

Yes, depending on availability. We try our best to accommodate all requests and the most secluded areas of the campground are in the unpowered section.

Fires are permitted all year round, as long as there is no total fire ban.

Fires are allowed in the fire pits provided or in your own fire pit. Our fire pits should not be moved. It is not allowed to burn cans, bottles or other rubbish.

You will have to purchase wood at reception or bring your own. It is not allowed to receive a firewood delivery or to forage for wood.

Please see reception to find out the latest fire ban information. We have the right to declare a fire ban on our property even if there is no state wide ban.

We sell bagged firewood at reception.

It is not allowed to forage for firewood (other than small branches for kindling), by doing so you are disturbing nature and animal habitat.

Anyone who damages trees, bush or burns wood found on site will be told to leave immediately.

Right here! Our on-site cafe offers barista made coffees and absolutely delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. They work with local products boast an ever-changing menu.

They can also cater to special events, weddings, dinners for two or anything else you can think of (anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations, surprises, you name it).

There are picnic benches around the campground and the camp kitchen and cafe area have many tables both covered and uncovered.

No. The camp kitchen is for the use of all campers at their convenience and is not available to book. The Bunkhouse Kitchen is for Bunkhouse guests only.

The camp kitchen is available to all campground guests. At the camp kitchen you can find a guest stove top, an electric barbecue and a gas & wood barbecue. You have to bring your own gas or wood.

There is a sink with cold bore water for rinsing, but there are better sinks with hot water at the amenities block in the middle of the campground. There are no pots, pans, cutlery, fridges or microwaves available. We do sell ice at the shop.

Definitely! But helmets need to be worn at all time whilst riding bikes. It is the parents responsibility to ensure this happens.

Optional! Bed linen is not provided as standard, so bring your own if you can. Otherwise you can rent a set from us for $5. The set includes a pillow case, fitted mattress sheet and flat sheet. Please let us know when you book whether you would like to rent from us. We do not provide any bath towels or kitchen tea towels.

The Bunkhouse kitchen is only available to Bunkhouse guests. The Bunkhouse kitchen is fully equipped for up to 70 people. It has fridges, a kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, a stove top, electric and gas barbecue + a big social fire pit. You have to bring your own gas or wood. There is a double sink with cold bore water.

Our beach access is less than 50M from the entrance to the campground. Just across the road there is a sand dune walkway that takes you to the beautiful and empty Big Hill beach and Delicate Nobby Headland.

We can accepts bookings for up to 3 weeks at a time.

There is no cell phone reception on the campground.(yay!) However, all networks seem to get good reception at the beach. The closer you walk to the rocks, the better it gets. We have limited, paid wifi available at the office.

We have hot water laundry sinks and drying lines at the amenities block. Laundry powder is available at reception for $1.
